Since year 2005, we have continued to grow our business in terms of increased number of deployment, establishment of branch offices across Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao, & employed more than 100 young and passionate work-force. Our Management Team has likewise maintained a respectable status as an active Overseas Employment Industry Leader (Roland M. Collado, Managing Director) and well versed on the Labor Laws (Atty. Lhoritess Loreto-Collado, President & CEO).

In 2013, iRekrut purchased a Recruitment & Accounting System that propelled the operations of the company to higher volume of deployment.

Last 2019, we launched our very own highly customized and innovative IT system, International Manpower Registry On-Line System (iMROS). iMROS was meant to fully automate and integrate recruitment business operations from applicant sourcing, processing, deployment, monitoring and return of workers. It is a complete package that will further boost the competitiveness of the company.
